I had a great time at Hostal Las Cruces during my 3-night stay. The friendly siblings who run the hostel made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with both A/C and powerful fans to combat the heat. The hostel's common areas were cozy and had amenities like Netflix and video games. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, and the hostel also offered bike rentals at a reasonable price. The staff went above and beyond when I got sick, providing me with a quiet room and taking care of me with kindness and generosity. I truly felt like I had a second family taking care of me during my illness.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hostel was conveniently located near popular attractions. It was only a short drive to the famous cenotes such as Cenote Suytun, Cenote Oxman, and Cenote Samula and Xkeken. The hostel also had parking available, making it easy for guests with cars. Additionally, the hostel provided a tasty breakfast with options such as eggs, toast, fruit, and various drinks like coffee and Horchata.

The wifi in the rooms was a bit patchy.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to visit in the city. They also spoke English, which made communication easier. The room we stayed in had a nice balcony and was spacious. The AC worked well and was quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a good breakfast included in the price, with options like eggs, toast, and fresh fruit. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of parking available and nearby food carts with reasonably priced meals.

One minor issue we encountered was the noise from a neighboring building one night, but that was not the hotel's fault. However, the cleaner did move our belongings around during room cleaning, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy and homely hostel in Valladolid! The room I stayed in had only four beds, which were separated into two separate rooms, providing a semi-private feel. The kitchen was well equipped with a hob, coffee machine, and even a kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hostel was clean. It's conveniently located near a pretty little church and within walking distance to the main area. There's also a good lavenderia just a minute away.

Although not a major issue, there wasn't a plug socket next to my bed. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit patchy.

I got excellent value for my money at Hostal Las Cruces. The room was clean and comfortable, with curtains and lamps on the beds for added privacy and convenience. The location was perfect, close to the center but in a quiet area. The staff treated me like family, providing helpful tips and making my stay memorable.

The breakfast option could be improved by adding some hammocks for a more leisurely experience.

The staff at this hostel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and making us feel welcome. The location was great, close to the main square but still in a quiet area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with both a fan and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the included breakfast in the cozy living room/kitchen area.

The wifi at this hostel was quite unreliable.
